iAyez Membership: iayez will cancel and refund 100 % your membership fee at any time if you are dissatisfied. You are subject to a 30% surcharge on the products (contact  lenses or glasses or others)  you may have bought at Members price.  You will unfortunately lose asl points you have accumulated.

iAyez Returns and Exchange Policy: 

If a product is found unsatisfactory within 45 days of receiving, any unopened boxes of lenses can be returned for refund, excluding shipping and restocking fee. It is important to know to receive a credit on returned product, the boxes must be unopened, undamaged, and no writing on the boxes. Once we receive your return order, we will issue a refund within 15 business days.
