1. Customized Products (Important)

Most iAyez products are customized and made-to-order, including personalized names, designs, measurements, and 3D-printed frames.

No Refunds on Customized Orders

Customized or personalized eyewear cannot be refunded or returned once production has started.

This includes errors caused by incorrect details submitted by the customer.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

We offer a replacement or refund only if the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping.

If you receive the wrong item due to our error, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation and refunds are not possible.

7. Exchanges

Customized products are not eligible for exchange.

Non-custom items may be exchanged, subject to availability and approval.
