Sunglasses are returnable, so long as they are shipped back within 10 days of receiving them. Returns will be fully refundable so long as they are undamaged and unmarked.

Masks
Masks are returnable, so long as they are shipped back within 10 days of receiving them. Returns will be fully refundable so long as they are undamaged and unopened.

All Contact Lenses
All contact lenses are returnable so long as the box is unopened. Returns will be fully refundable so long as they are undamaged and unmarked.

Prescription medication is not returnable.
Instructions for Returns
Contact our customer service team and provide your item(s) and service details. Within 3 days we will email a prepaid shipping label or an update on your request back.
Include photos of the products in the initial email, so we can confirm that they were undamaged before being shipped back to us.
Once you get the email, print out the prepaid shipping label, pack up the product in the same box, attach the shipping label, and send it our way.
On receiving the returned product, we'll refund your purchase on the card you used at checkout or in the case of a replacement order, we will ship the replacement. This process can take about 7-10 days and you'll receive an email confirming your refund or replacement. For any questions, please give our customer service team a call, or send us a message.
You will be charged if an item that is expected to be returned is not sent back to us.
If the item has already been sent back to us and you have received an email asking you to return it, or have been charged for an item, we will reverse the charge as soon as the return is processed by us. It might take additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account.
Cancellations:
You can cancel an order any time before it is shipped and it will be fully refunded.
