Shipping Policy

Welcome to our Shipping Policy. We're committed to ensuring our products are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner. Please read the details below carefully:

  1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided after placing your order but typically range from 3-7 business days depending on your location.

  3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  4. International Shipping: We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. Please note, you will be responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

  5. Shipping of Backordered Items: In the event any of your items are backordered, these items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

  6. We do not Ship to P.O. boxes because of the sensitive of the products

  7. Shipping of Fragile Goods: All our glasses and contact lenses are packed securely and handled with utmost care to avoid any damage during shipping.

Please remember that these shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Once the package leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for any packages that may become lost or stolen in transit.

We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

Shipping Policy for Contact Lenses:

Contact lenses can only be shipped once your prescription is verified by your optometrist/ophthalmologist or you have submitted your prescription or to us our shipping time in these cases starts after the verification process has been complete so the faster you supply us with the necessary information the faster we can ship out. The shipping could occur either from our warehouse or from the manufacturers distributor directly depending on the make and model of your contact lens. Rarely the manufacturer might have supply issues and the prescription might be back ordered in that case we will inform you and give you the option of waiting or getting a refund.  


Shipping Policy for Glasses:


Glasses and eyewear will be shipped from our warehouse and all installed glasses from other manufacturers would be shipped within 2 to 3 business days, if it's just sunglasses or prescription glasses will be shipped only after verification of the prescription from your eye doctor or submission of a current prescription issued by a licensed optometrist/ophthalmologist.

Shipping Policy for Custom Glasses:

Custom designed glasses take around 2 to 4 weeks depending on the customization process and location of our manufacturing unit for those specific glasses you will have to wait 3 to 4 weeks before being able to have them in your hands.
