They are 3D-printed frames made from a phone face scan, not adjusted from a small, medium, or large stock size. The iFramez by iAyez app captures about 30,000 data points in roughly 30 seconds, at 0.1 mm precision.
iPhone X and newer, Android 8.0 or later with a front camera, and iPad Pro with Face ID. Your facial data is encrypted, is not shared, and can be deleted. Only measurements are kept, not photos.
How It Works lists more than 50 base designs, including classic, modern, vintage, cat-eye, aviator, round, and square, plus your own shape. You can choose single colors, gradients, tortoiseshell, transparent, or a custom pattern, and mix front and temple colors. Finishes are matte, glossy, or textured. A name, initials, or message can be built into the frame.
Frames are selective laser sintered from PA12 nylon. The SLS equipment and powder come from Formlabs. Frames are designed and printed in Los Angeles, California. The technology page lists 110-micron layers, ±0.1 mm accuracy, and PA12 as lighter than traditional acetate, hypoallergenic, and recyclable. Unused powder is reused, and each pair is made to order.

For 30 days after delivery you can ask for a free remake or a full refund, for any reason. Email support@iayez.com or call (323) 759-3721 with your order number. U.S. returns use a prepaid label. Returns from outside the U.S. are paid by you. A damaged, defective, or wrong item in that same 30 days can be remade or refunded. A photo helps, but it is not required.
Yes. Every pair has a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, separate from the 30-day guarantee. The How It Works page also says PA12 frames typically last 3–5 years with normal use.
Contact iAyez as soon as you can. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, but the 30-day guarantee still applies after delivery.
